1. The service
These terms apply to Next Studio's Ball Storm. We offer a 3,000-stage Stage mode and an Endless mode for free. Progress is stored on your device and, depending on sign-in, synced to our server.
2. Currencies and cosmetics
Core is earned from stage-clear star rewards or purchased as a consumable in-app product, and is spent on permanent ball upgrades (damage, critical hits, piercing, and more). Diamonds are earned by watching rewarded ads or purchased, and are spent on ball skins and stage continues. Skins are purely cosmetic.
3. Stage continue
If you run out of shots on a stage, you can continue once by watching a rewarded ad or spending Diamonds for 2 extra shots.
4. Global leaderboard
Scores submitted from Endless mode while signed in appear on the public leaderboard. Records obtained through abnormal means may be removed or excluded without notice.
5. Purchases and consumer rights
Core packs, Diamond packs, Remove Ads and the Starter Pack are products sold through the store; availability and pricing vary by store and region. Purchases require an internet connection. Refunds follow the relevant store's refund policy. Apple's Standard EULA applies to the iOS license where applicable.
6. Use and liability
Use the app for personal purposes only. Automation tools, cheating, attacking our servers, or infringing others' rights are prohibited. The app's code, design and content belong to Next Studio or its licensors. We may change or discontinue the service without notice; to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Accounts and termination
To delete your account, email dhalska2@gmail.com. Account deletion does not refund remaining Core, Diamonds or past purchases. We may restrict access for material violations of these terms.
