1. Operator and scope

Next Studio, based in South Korea, operates Ball Storm (com.osj.ballstorm). This policy covers the iOS/Android app and this support website. Privacy contact: dhalska2@gmail.com.

2. Information stored on your device

Your stage progress and star records, Core and Diamond balances, owned cosmetics, and your language, sound and haptics settings are stored on your device to resume play and show your progress.

3. Accounts and currencies

The main menu and Stage mode work without signing in. The first time you play Endless mode, the app silently creates an anonymous account (no sign-in screen shown) so your score has an identifier to submit under. Signing in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) syncs your Core, Diamonds, stage progress and owned cosmetics to our Supabase server so you can continue across devices. Anonymous accounts cannot submit scores to the global leaderboard.

4. Purchases

Core and Diamond packs are a consumable product sold through the store; Remove Ads and the Starter Pack are non-consumable. Apple or Google processes payment; our server verifies the transaction identifier and product to credit the currency. We do not store card details or raw receipts.

5. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to show rewarded ads (extra shots, doubling Core, etc.) and interstitial ads. Google may process device and ad-interaction data and IP addresses (which can suggest an approximate location) to serve ads, verify rewards, prevent fraud and produce diagnostics. Purchasing Remove Ads stops interstitial ads from showing.

6. Global leaderboard

If you're signed in, the score, stage reached and a masked version of your email you submit from Endless mode appear on the public leaderboard. Don't sign in if you'd rather not appear there.

7. Providers and international transfers

We use Supabase (accounts, currencies, progress, leaderboard), Google AdMob (ads), Google and Apple (sign-in), Unity IAP (purchase processing), Gmail (support) and GitHub Pages (this website). These providers may process data outside South Korea.

8. Retention and deletion

Local data stays on your device until you clear app storage or delete the app. Server-side account, currency, progress and leaderboard records can be deleted by emailing us. Transaction records required by law may be kept separately for a limited period.

9. Your rights

Email us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity to process a request.

10. Children and security

This service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We use reasonable safeguards, including limiting access, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Android crash diagnostics

Android releases use Google Firebase Crashlytics to improve stability. It processes crash stacks, app and OS versions, device information and installation identifiers. We do not add sign-in emails or purchase tokens as user identifiers or custom logs.
