1. Request deletion by email
Email dhalska2@gmail.com with the subject Ball Storm Data Deletion. We'll delete server-side data for this game — Core, Diamonds, stage progress, cosmetics and leaderboard records. Your Apple/Google sign-in itself and other games' accounts are not affected.
2. Delete data from your device
Delete the app on iOS (not Offload App) or clear this app's storage from system settings on Android. Deleted local records cannot be recovered.
3. Processing time and exceptions
We may ask for minimal information to verify your identity, and we'll act within the period required by applicable law. Transaction records we must keep by law may be excluded.
