이 약관은 넥스트 스튜디오가 제공하는 Minesweeper Pulse 이용에 적용됩니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 설명은 별도의 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요. 이 약관에 동의하는 것이 선택적 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의를 대신하지 않습니다.
1. 서비스와 기록
지뢰찾기, 일일 퍼즐, 로컬 저장과 통계를 제공합니다. 현재 버전의 기록은 기기에 저장되며 기기 간 동기화가 보장되지 않습니다. 앱 삭제·기기 변경 전에 저장 방식에 유의하세요. 제공 기능은 앱 버전에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
2. 광고와 보상
게임 종료 후 홈으로 이동할 때 전면 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 선택하며 완료가 확인되면 현재 게임의 힌트 1회를 제공합니다. 광고 제공 여부는 네트워크와 광고 공급 상황 등에 따라 달라집니다. 힌트 사용 게임은 최고 기록 대상에서 제외됩니다.
3. 유료 기능
iOS 상점은 광고 제거·테마 팩과 소모성 힌트를 제공합니다. 구매에는 로그인이 필요하며, 광고 제거는 전면 광고에 적용되고 선택형 보상 광고는 남습니다. 광고 제거와 테마는 구매 복원을 지원합니다. 사용한 힌트는 복원되지 않습니다. Android 결제는 아직 제공하지 않습니다. 구매 전 스토어에 표시되는 가격, 상품 설명과 구매 조건을 확인하세요. 청구·환불은 해당 스토어 절차와 적용 법령을 따릅니다. 본 약관은 이용자의 법정 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
4. 허용되지 않는 이용
서비스 방해, 보안 우회, 타인의 권리 침해, 광고·보상 조작과 부정 이용을 금지합니다. 법령이 허용하는 행위와 권리를 제한하려는 것은 아닙니다. 부정 이용에 대한 제한은 사유와 영향에 비례하여 적용하며 문의를 통해 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
5. 권리와 서비스 변경
앱의 코드·디자인·콘텐츠는 넥스트 스튜디오 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 유지보수·보안·법령·운영 사유로 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며 중요한 변경에는 적절한 안내를 제공합니다.
6. 책임과 연락처
무중단·무오류 또는 특정 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 책임 제한은 적용 법령이 허용하는 범위에 한하며 고의·중과실 등 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제외하지 않습니다. 문의: dhalska2@gmail.com.

These Terms apply to Minesweeper Pulse, provided by Next Studio. Read the separate Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Agreement to these Terms does not replace consent to optional data processing.
1. Service and progress
The app offers Minesweeper, daily puzzles, local saves and statistics. Current progress is stored on your device; cross-device synchronization is not guaranteed. Consider this before deleting the app or replacing a device. Features may vary by version.
2. Ads and rewards
Interstitial ads may appear when returning home after a finished game. Rewarded ads are optional and grant one current-game hint when completion is confirmed. Availability depends on network and ad supply. Assisted games are excluded from personal bests.
3. Paid features
The iOS shop offers ad removal, a theme pack and consumable hints. Sign-in is required. Ad removal disables interstitials, not optional rewarded ads. Ad removal and themes support restoration; spent hints cannot be restored. Android purchases are not yet available. review the store price, description and conditions before buying. Billing and refunds follow applicable store procedures and law. These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
4. Unacceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, infringe others’ rights or manipulate ads or rewards. This does not restrict conduct protected by law. Restrictions for abuse should be proportionate to the reason and impact; contact support to dispute a restriction.
5. Rights and changes
Code, design and content belong to Next Studio or their lawful owners. Features may change or stop for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We provide appropriate notice of material changes.
6. Liability and contact
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular result. Limitations apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for intent or gross negligence. Contact dhalska2@gmail.com.
