Minesweeper Pulse의 개인정보 삭제를 요청하는 페이지입니다. 앱이 없어도 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
1. 기기의 게임 기록 삭제
게임 진행 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 로그인했다면 앱 설정의 계정 삭제에서 Apple로 본인을 확인하여 지뢰찾기 계정 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. Android는 시스템 설정의 앱 저장 공간에서 데이터 삭제를, iOS는 앱 삭제를 이용하세요. iOS ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터가 남을 수 있습니다. 운영체제 백업도 필요하면 별도로 삭제하세요. 삭제한 로컬 기록은 앱에서 복구할 수 없습니다.
2. 운영자에게 삭제 요청
제목에 ‘Minesweeper Pulse 데이터 삭제’, 본문에 삭제할 정보(예: 기존 문의 이메일)를 적어 주세요. 계정이 제공되는 버전을 이용했다면 로그인 공급자와 계정 이메일도 알려주세요. 비밀번호·인증 코드·신분증·카드 정보는 보내지 마세요. 이메일 버튼이 열리지 않으면 dhalska2@gmail.com으로 직접 보내세요.
3. 삭제 범위와 확인
요청한 앱 관련 개인정보와 문의 내역을 확인하고 불필요한 정보는 삭제합니다. 본인 확인이나 요청 범위 확인이 필요하면 이메일로 안내하고 처리 결과를 회신합니다. 앱 설정의 계정 삭제는 지뢰찾기 프로필·구매 권한·푸시 등록 및 앱의 로컬 진행 기록을 삭제합니다. 공유 서비스를 사용하는 다른 게임의 계정 데이터는 별개입니다.
4. 남을 수 있는 정보
법령상 보존하거나 진행 중인 분쟁을 해결하기 위해 필요한 정보는 필요한 범위에서만 보관하며, 해당 사유와 기간을 안내합니다. 스토어 거래 기록, Google 광고 정보, GitHub 접속 로그와 운영체제 백업은 각 제공업체에서 별도로 관리합니다. 이 요청은 Apple·Google 계정 자체를 삭제하지 않습니다.

Account & Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of personal information associated with Minesweeper Pulse. You can email us without having the app installed.
1. Delete device progress
Game progress is stored on your device. If signed in, use account deletion in app Settings and reauthenticate with Apple to delete your Minesweeper account data. Clear app storage in Android system settings or delete the app on iOS. Offloading an iOS app may retain data. Manage OS backups separately if needed. Deleted local progress cannot be restored by the app.
2. Send a deletion request
Use the subject “Minesweeper Pulse Data Deletion” and identify the information to delete, such as a previous support conversation. If you used a version offering accounts, include the sign-in provider and account email. Never send passwords, codes, identity documents or card details. If the email button does not work, write directly to dhalska2@gmail.com.
3. Scope and confirmation
We review the requested app-related personal information and support correspondence and delete information no longer needed. We may email you to verify identity or clarify scope and will reply with the outcome. Account deletion in app Settings removes the Minesweeper profile, purchase entitlements, push registration and local game progress. Account data for other games using shared services is separate.
4. Information that may remain
Information needed by law or for an ongoing dispute is retained only as necessary; we explain the applicable reason and period. Store transaction records, Google advertising information, GitHub access logs and OS backups are managed separately by the relevant provider. This request does not delete your Apple or Google account.
