넥스트 스튜디오(Next Studio)는 Minesweeper Pulse의 운영자이자 개인정보 문의 창구입니다. 이 방침은 iOS·Android 앱과 이 지원 웹사이트에 적용됩니다.

1. 현재 앱에서 처리하는 정보

기기에 저장: 진행 중인 보드, 난이도, 경과 시간, 승리·최고 기록, 힌트 사용 여부, 언어·테마·진동 설정. 게임 재개와 개인 통계 제공에 사용하며 현재 버전은 이 기록을 랭킹 서버에 전송하지 않습니다.
광고: Google AdMob 및 동의 SDK는 광고 제공, 보상 확인, 보안·부정 이용 방지, 진단 및 동의 선택 관리를 위해 IP 주소, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용과 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. IP 주소로 대략적인 위치가 추정될 수 있습니다. 현재 앱은 비개인 맞춤 광고를 요청하며 광고 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 비개인 맞춤 광고도 데이터 처리가 없는 광고를 뜻하지는 않습니다.
문의: 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 이용자가 선택하여 첨부한 기기 정보·스크린샷을 문제 해결과 개인정보 요청 처리에 사용합니다. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 결제수단 정보는 보내지 마세요.

2. 로그인·구매·알림 기능

기본 게임은 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. iOS에서 Apple로 로그인하면 Apple 계정 식별자와 제공된 이메일을 Supabase에서 계정 관리에 사용합니다. 인앱 구매는 Apple에서 결제하며 거래 식별자·상품·영수증을 서버에서 검증하여 광고 제거, 테마 및 힌트 잔액을 관리합니다. 카드 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 알림을 켠 경우 Firebase 푸시 토큰, 기기 플랫폼, 언어와 최근 접속 시각을 저장하여 게임 알림을 발송합니다. 설정에서 알림을 끄거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 게임 보드와 개인 기록은 기기에 저장되며 서버 랭킹에는 업로드하지 않습니다.

3. 서비스 제공업체와 국외 처리

광고와 동의 관리에는 Google AdMob/UMP, 문의 이메일에는 Gmail, 웹페이지 호스팅에는 GitHub Pages를 사용합니다. 이 웹페이지에는 별도 광고·분석 스크립트나 입력 폼이 없습니다. GitHub는 페이지 제공과 보안을 위해 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 각 제공업체는 대한민국 외 국가에서도 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 제공업체별 처리 내용과 보유 정책은 아래 링크를 확인하세요.

4. 보유와 삭제

로컬 게임 정보는 앱의 저장 공간이 삭제될 때까지 기기에 남습니다. Android의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 iOS의 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. iOS의 ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터를 남길 수 있고, 운영체제 백업은 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 문의 정보는 문의·삭제 요청 처리에 필요한 동안 보유하며, 해결 후 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 또는 분쟁 대응으로 추가 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 요청에 적용되는 사유와 기간을 안내합니다. Google 및 GitHub가 직접 처리하는 로그·광고 정보의 보유 기간은 각 서비스 정책에 따릅니다.

5. 이용자의 선택과 권리

이메일로 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 또는 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령과 요청의 성격에 따라 본인 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다. 광고 동의 변경이 필요한 지역에서는 앱 설정의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’을 이용할 수 있습니다. 광고 동의 거부로 기본 게임을 이용할 수 없게 되지는 않지만, 광고가 제공되지 않으면 보상형 힌트는 지급되지 않습니다.

6. 보안과 아동

필요한 정보만 처리하고 접근을 제한하는 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 취합니다. 다만 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 이 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 해당 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 관련 정보가 제공된 사실을 알게 되면 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.

7. 변경과 문의

Privacy Policy

Next Studio operates Minesweeper Pulse and is the contact for privacy requests. This policy covers the iOS/Android app and this support website.

1. Information processed in the current app

On your device: active boards, difficulty, elapsed time, wins, personal bests, hint use, language, theme and haptic settings. These support saved games and personal statistics. The current version does not upload these results to a leaderboard server.
Advertising: Google AdMob and its consent SDK may process IP addresses, device/app information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver ads, verify rewards, prevent fraud, maintain security and manage consent. Approximate location may be inferred from IP addresses. The app currently requests non-personalized ads and does not request tracking authorization. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.
Support: your email address, message and device details or screenshots you choose to send are used to resolve issues and handle privacy requests. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

2. Sign-in, purchases and notifications

Basic play does not require sign-in. On iOS, Sign in with Apple provides an account identifier and, when supplied, an email address for account management through Supabase. Apple handles payments; our server verifies transaction identifiers, products and receipts to manage ad removal, themes and hint balances. We do not collect payment-card details. If you enable notifications, we store a Firebase push token, platform, language and last-active time to send game reminders. You can disable notifications or delete your account in Settings. Boards and personal game records remain on your device and are not uploaded to server rankings.

3. Providers and international processing

We use Google AdMob/UMP for ads and consent, Gmail for support email, and GitHub Pages for website hosting. These pages contain no separate advertising or analytics scripts or submission forms. GitHub may process access information, including IP addresses, for hosting and security. Providers may process information outside South Korea. See the linked provider policies for their processing and retention practices.

4. Retention and deletion

Local progress remains on your device until app storage is removed. Clear app data on Android or delete the app on iOS to remove it. Offloading an iOS app may retain data; manage operating-system backups separately. Support information is retained while needed to handle the enquiry or deletion request, then deleted when no longer necessary. If law or an ongoing dispute requires additional retention, we explain the applicable reason and period for your request. Information processed directly by Google or GitHub follows their retention policies.

5. Choices and rights

Email us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. Identity verification may be necessary depending on applicable law and the request. Where required, use “Ad privacy options” in app Settings to change advertising choices. Declining consent does not block the basic game, but rewarded hints cannot be granted when an ad is unavailable.

6. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, including limiting information and access, but cannot guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe such information was provided.

7. Changes and contact
