Delete Data

Effective date: October 18, 2026

1. Delete in the app

Settings > Account > "Delete Janggi data" removes this game's server records (rating, online games, game records, progress, push token) and the records on this device. Online games in progress are resigned.

2. What is not deleted

Purchase and subscription records are managed by Apple or Google Play, and payment transaction records required by law may be kept for the required period. Data of other Next Studio games on the same account is not deleted.

3. Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email dhalska2@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Janggi data". We process it within a reasonable time after verifying the request.

4. Cancel your subscription

Deleting data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in App Store account settings > Subscriptions. On Android, cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
