1. Delete your account in-app

If you're signed in, open the Settings tab and use Delete account, then follow the prompts. This removes server-side data for this game: coins, skins, season progress, stats, solved puzzles, mission claims, settings and leaderboard records, and signs you out so the saved Keychain session is removed. Your Apple sign-in itself and other games' accounts are not affected. Store purchase records may be kept as described in the Privacy Policy, and consumable coins are not restored after deletion.

2. Delete data from your device

Delete the app on iOS (not Offload App). Deleted local records cannot be recovered. Note that your sign-in session is kept in the iOS Keychain, so deleting the app alone can leave you signed in after reinstalling; use Delete account in the app if you want the server data removed too.

3. Request deletion by email

If you can't use the app, email dhalska2@gmail.com with the subject Neon Block Pulse Data Deletion. We may ask for minimal information to verify your identity, and we'll act within the period required by applicable law. Transaction records we must keep by law may be excluded.
