NEXT STUDIO / BATCHDOCK
Privacy policy
Operator and contact
Next Studio operates BatchDock. Contact dhalska2@gmail.com with privacy questions or deletion requests. Effective date: 18 October 2026.
Photos and local data
Selected photos, working copies, watermarks, presets and processed outputs stay in app storage. We do not upload them to a developer photo server. Clear workspace removes job copies and results but keeps presets and their logos. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes local app data, subject to operating-system backups. Exported files and originals remain where you saved them.
Diagnostics
Release builds use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash stacks, app and operating-system versions, device metadata, installation identifiers and session quality diagnostics to diagnose reliability problems. This is automatic and has no in-app opt-out. We do not add photo contents, filenames, purchase receipts or account identifiers to custom crash reports. Native SDK diagnostics may contain technical process state. We do not include Firebase Analytics, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
Purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play handles the optional one-time Pro purchase and restoration under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details. Android stores a signed purchase record locally to verify access and refreshes purchases with Google Play when available. Purchases belong to the relevant store account and are not shared between platforms.
Recipients, retention and rights
Google processes diagnostics for us, potentially outside your country. Crashlytics retains crash stack traces, minidumps and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems; consult Firebase privacy documentation for the full service details. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. We do not set a personal crash-report user ID, so identifying a specific diagnostic record may not be possible. Do not send private photos or payment credentials with a support request. Support correspondence is used only to answer and handle the request, retained while needed for that purpose or legal obligations.
Export, backups and children
When you choose Photos, Files, a cloud provider or another app, that destination and operating-system backup settings control the exported data. The app does not request location access. Output metadata is removed by default, with optional JPEG capture-date preservation. BatchDock is a general-purpose photo tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Apple App Store · Supabase
iOS purchase verification uses a Next Studio server hosted by Supabase. Signed purchase proofs are checked with Apple; raw proofs and photos are not retained by this server. It stores irreversible transaction hashes, store, environment, revocation status and the last verification time. Hashes and revocation records are retained to prevent renewed access after refunds. Contact us about deletion requests. Verified offline access is limited to 24 hours before verification is needed again.
