1. Slitherlink account and deletion

You can create a Slitherlink account with Apple on iOS or Google on Android. In the account menu, choose Delete Account and confirm the prompt. We delete the game-specific account profile and associated server records where deletion is permitted; legally required transaction records may be retained. Account deletion does not cancel or refund Apple purchases, which Apple manages separately.

2. Delete device data

On iOS, delete the app, rather than only offloading it. On Android, clear this app’s storage in system settings. For the web game, clear its site data in your browser. Device/cloud backups are managed separately. A puzzle restart only clears that puzzle. Deleted local records cannot be recovered by us.

3. Request support-data deletion

Email dhalska2@gmail.com with subject “Slitherlink Data Deletion” and identify the support correspondence to delete. Do not send passwords, identity documents or card details. We may clarify scope or verify identity and will reply within the applicable legal period. We delete unneeded data; any legally necessary retention or refusal will be explained. This does not delete other games’ data, your Apple/Google account, provider logs or store records, and is not a refund request.
