1. What NumberLink Pulse deletion covers
Confirm Delete account data in Settings to remove NumberLink Pulse server progress, activity/missions, hint-spend records, balances/entitlements and this account’s game data on this device. A new anonymous session then starts. Shared sign-in, other games and store transaction records remain. Minimal merge-link records may be retained to prevent repeated transfers. Signing out is not deletion: unsynchronized records remain isolated under the original account. If you cannot access the device, request deletion by email below.
2. Deleting device data
On iOS, use Delete App rather than Offload App. On Android, use Clear Storage for this app in system settings. Device and cloud backups are managed separately. We cannot recover local records you've deleted.
3. Requesting deletion of account, purchase, or inquiry data
Email dhalska2@gmail.com with the subject "NumberLink Pulse Data Deletion" and tell us your account email and what to delete (this game's account link, purchase entitlements/hint history, inquiry history). Do not send passwords, authentication codes, ID, or card details. After verifying your identity within a reasonable scope, we'll report the result within the applicable legal timeframe.
