1. What StreamLine Pulse deletion covers
In Settings, "Delete account data" removes your StreamLine Pulse progress, hints, purchase entitlements, and this game's account link. Your shared sign-in and other games' data are kept. If you no longer have the app installed, request deletion by email below.
2. Deleting device data
On iOS, use Delete App rather than Offload App. On Android, use Clear Storage for this app in system settings. Device and cloud backups are managed separately. We cannot recover local records you've deleted.
3. Requesting deletion of account, purchase, or inquiry data
Email dhalska2@gmail.com with the subject "StreamLine Pulse Data Deletion" and tell us your account email and what to delete (this game's account link, purchase entitlements/hint history, inquiry history). Do not send passwords, authentication codes, ID, or card details. After verifying your identity within a reasonable scope, we'll report the result within the applicable legal timeframe.
