Delete from the app
Sign in, open Account, and choose Fieldwork Online Data Delete. This immediately deletes Fieldwork publishing, AI, receipt, entitlement, synced job and photo records, share links and uploads, teams you own, and your team comments, then signs this app out.
Local data
The online delete action does not remove jobs, photos or backups on your device. Delete them in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall after exporting anything you need.
Shared account
The Apple/Google-backed sign-in identity is shared infrastructure and is not deleted by Fieldwork, so other Next Studio apps are not affected.
Cannot open the app
Email us from the address used to sign in with subject “Fieldwork data deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Store transaction records controlled by Apple or Google follow their policies.
