Data on your device
Jobs, customers, addresses, phone numbers, notes, checklists, issues, schedules, estimates, payments, costs, photos, PDF reports and backups are stored on your device. Camera and photo access is used only when you choose it.
Account and server data
Apple or Google sign-in sends your account identifier and email, when provided, to Supabase. Online publishing stores report identifiers, file and content hashes, status and quota records. If you turn on cloud sync (paid plans), your job records (including customer names, addresses, notes, amounts) and photos are stored in your private area on our Supabase server and are readable only by you. If you join a team, members of that team can read shared jobs, photos, comments and an activity log, and see member email addresses. If you create a customer share link, anyone holding that link can view a summary of that job (never phone numbers or internal notes) and its photos until the link expires or you revoke it; photos a customer sends through the link are stored in your private area until you import them.
AI drafts
After you explicitly agree, the text you select is sent through our server to Anthropic to create a report, checklist or marketing draft. Photos, audio and video are not sent to AI by the current version. Review every draft before use.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes payment. We receive no card information. Purchase receipts, product, transaction ownership, expiry and revocation status are sent to our server for subscription verification and restoration.
Diagnostics
Release builds may send crash details, device model, OS and app version to Firebase Crashlytics. We do not intentionally put job records or photos in crash reports. The app has no ads and does not use cross-app tracking.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you remove it, clear app data or uninstall. In the app, Fieldwork Online Data Delete removes Fieldwork publishing, AI, receipt and entitlement records. It keeps local jobs and the shared sign-in identity because that identity may be used by another Next Studio app.
Processors and rights
Supabase provides authentication and server functions, Anthropic provides optional AI generation, Firebase provides crash reporting, and Apple/Google provide sign-in and payments. We do not sell personal data. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion.
