본 약관은 넥스트 스튜디오가 제공하는 Nonogram Pulse 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용하거나 계정을 만들면 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이용자는 계정 보안을 유지해야 합니다. 자동화, 조작, 역공학, 비정상 트래픽, 랭킹·결제·광고 악용 및 타인 이용 방해를 금지합니다. 위반 시 기록 무효화, 기능 제한 또는 계정 정지가 이루어질 수 있습니다.
랭킹 도전에는 번개 1개가 사용됩니다. 번개는 최대 3개까지 3시간마다 1개 충전됩니다. 유료 상품은 표시된 수량을 지급합니다. 검증 실패 또는 부정 이용 시 기록이나 지급이 보류·취소될 수 있습니다.
싱글 플레이 시작 전에 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 제거는 지원되는 싱글 플레이 시작 광고를 영구 제거하는 비소모성 상품입니다. 청구, 환불, 구매 복원은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.
앱, 디자인, 소프트웨어와 콘텐츠의 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 회사는 유지보수, 보안, 법령·스토어 정책 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
회사는 무중단·무오류 또는 특정 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 강행법규에 반하지 않는 범위에서 네트워크, 기기, 스토어 또는 제3자 서비스로 인한 책임은 제한됩니다. 약관 변경 시 시행일을 갱신하고 중요한 변경을 알립니다.

These Terms govern Nonogram Pulse, provided by Next Studio. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must protect your account. Automation, manipulation, reverse engineering, abnormal traffic, abuse of rankings, purchases or ads, and interference are prohibited. Violations may result in invalidated results, restrictions, or suspension.
Each ranked attempt uses one ticket. One ticket refills every three hours up to three. Paid products grant the displayed quantity. Results or grants may be withheld or reversed for verification failures or abuse.
An ad may appear before single-player games. Remove Ads is a non-consumable product that permanently removes supported pre-game ads. Billing, refunds, and restoration follow Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
The app, design, software, and content belong to Next Studio or lawful owners. We may modify or discontinue features for maintenance, security, law, store policy, or operational needs.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or particular results. To the extent permitted by law, liability for networks, devices, stores, or third-party services is limited. We update the effective date and provide suitable notice for material changes.
